In celebration of International Walk & Roll to School Day, we started fundraising for new bike racks for Wampatuck students. Thank you to all that participated in our sneaker recycling campaign and for the direct donations that came in. A BIG THANK YOU to Mal's Pals Foundation for generously offering to sponsor the project by covering the majority of the costs. We are thrilled to be able to begin working on this project. By the end of the 2024 school year, we will have a custom built bike rack with space for both traditional and adaptive cycling equipment. Not only will this be a much needed replacement, but also an example of our dedication to inclusivity in the community,  and a statement piece displaying our Wampatuck pride for years to come. The shark bike rack at the Scituate Town Library is our inspiration. By drawing on design ideas from our elementary students and working with an architect, we will come up with a creative design that represents Wampatuck. That design will be brought to life by South Shore Technical High School students! If you are interested in joining this project management committee, please email
