The 5th Grade team and the PTO need your help! The planning process has started to give our 5th graders a night to celebrate their graduation from Wampatuck. Full details on the event will follow but we are looking for a few parent volunteers to help with particular aspects of the event. Positions Needed
T-shirt ordering : 1-2 volunteers
Volunteer would help in ordering the winner of a student run t-shirt design contest.
Video or Powerpoint creation : 1-2 volunteers - FILLED
Volunteer would accept photos (via email) from families of graduates and put them together in a video or powerpoint slideshow to be shown at the event.
Ice Cream Truck booking / contact : 1 volunteer - FILLED
Volunteer would help coordinate Nona's Ice Cream Truck at the event and be main contact for them.
Yearbook Committee Volunteer : 1 volunteer
Volunteer would work with our other Yearbook Volunteer in creating a memorable yearbook for the 5th graders and the whole school. This would be a great position for someone to shadow this year and manage next (expecting to be at Wampatuck in 2021-2022 school year). Very similar to creating a Shutterfly Picture Book.
General Event Planning Volunteer : 2-3 volunteers
Volunteers would help the 5th grade team and graduating class with general event details and planning.
