Winter Fair 2021
"Whooville Comes To Wampatuck"
Date: Friday December 10th
Time: Two time slots available
5:00pm to 6:30pm. OR. 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Cost $20 entry per family
Please join us this year for the return of our Annual Wampatuck Winter Fair. This year, Who-ville will be coming to Wampatuck! We will have 2 separate time slots for families to join us at the fair - this is to maintain a lower number of families at the school at one give time (similar to Expectation Night). So please be sure to purchase you ticket for the time slot that works best for you.
There will be a DJ Dance Party Room, a Craft Section with multiple crafts available and a coat room for families to use. And as always, we will host our famous raffle baskets and bake sale!
VOUCHERS FOR ALL ITEMS (BAKE SALE TIMES, PIZZA AND DRINKS AND KIDS-ONLY SHOPPING ROOM FUNDS) CAN BE PURCHASED AHEAD OF TIME!
Raffle tickets can not be paid for on our website so please use the Venmo information below.
When families arrive at the fair, they will check in at the entry table and receive an envelope with raffle tickets and vouchers for anything they have purchased.
All orders placed online can be paid for via Venmo by selecting "Offline Payment" during checkout.
This year, we ask families to try to purchase as many tickets etc online before the event. But items will be available to purchase at the fair! We do ask if you are making purchases at the fair, consider using the Venmo or PayPal QR codes that will be found at each station throughout the event. But cash will be accepted!
* Each class has been busy creating their raffle baskets for the event.
*Tickets will be on-sale for before the fair - venmo (@sarahranahan) and write "Winter Fair Baskets".
*Bags will be placed next to each basket for families to place their raffle tickets into.
*The winner of each basket will be chosen at 8:15pm live at the event. For the first group of families, a zoom link will be available so they can watch the drawings.
*You do NOT need to be present to win the basket. Any winners not present will be notified by the PTO to coordinate a pick up of your basket.

15 tickets - $10
35 tickets - $20
* We will be hosting our Bake Sale!
*Each time will be $1.
* A separate email will be sent to families (Sign Up Genius) for those interested in baking an item to donate.
* Or copy & paste the link below to go directly to the Sign Up Genius.
* An allergy table will be there, with options for donations of allergy free times on the sign-up genius available.
*All item must be individually wrapped and a list of ingredients must be submitted to the Bake Sale Volunteers.
Kids Only Shopping Room
*Each item will be $2
* We will have wrapping paper etc available for students to use after they make their purchases.
*Volunteers will be present to help any student that needs it.
Pizza, Snacks & Drinks!
* Each item will be $1
*Cheese pizza slices, snacks and drinks (waters, seltzers and cans of soda) will be available at the event.
* Whole cheese pizzas (large) will be available to purchase BUT MUST BE PRE-ORDERED (link below).
*We will have a school merch table with some new items for sale!
